Sunspot::Rails::Server.solr_home does not use sunspot.yml

Sunspot::Rails::Server.solr_home() in sunspot_rails-1.2rc3 is hard coded as File.join(::Rails.root, 'solr'). The config values specified in sunspot.yml should be used.
